Hybrid working is the new norm, and we’re fully embracing it. Our best work is done when our people are at their happiest, so we fuse office work with working from home to suit each person’s preferences and development.

Being part of a community is important. We all love science, engineering, and the impact it can have, so we encourage our team to play an active role in the network that supports it.  All our team get free membership of STEMPRA, the network that brings together people in STEM communication.

Life is about balance. That’s why, once a week, we give our team an hour away from work and Slack messages to focus on what matters to them. Whether it’s a TED talk or a walk, a radio play or watching your team away, it’s your hour for you —no questions asked.

We all know that free food tastes better, so each month, we invite all of the science and innovation team to have lunch on us. It’s just by way of a little thank you for the great work that’s produced—and is usable whenever and wherever.

London is a global research epicentre, and our office is right at its heart, close to world-leading leading universities, institutes, and museums. This enviable location also brings with it easy access to a multitude of transport links, bars, cafes, restaurants, and other fun social areas.
